I want to active more than 50 glasses, is it possible?

Yes, it's possible. Please contact us via glasson@sk-global.biz. Also, you can get better pricing for higher volumes.

Can I change my subscription plan?
A

Yes. You can change your subscription plan anytime.

There are 3 common cases:

  • Upgrade (change to greater Activated glasses): Your changes will be applied immediately. You will be charged immediately as well. Please note that you will be eligible for a fee reduction if you haven't fully utilized your previous plan.
  • Downgrade (change to fewer Activated glasses): your changes will be applied in the next billing cycle. The new monthly fee will also be applied in the next billing cycle.Please make sure to deactivate any extra glasses you may have until the end of the current billing cycle. If you forgot to do so, our system will automatically deactivate the oldest excess products to match your new plan when it comes into effect.
  • Cancel subscription: Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. You will still have access to the current plan until that time, and your data will still be retained in our system, allowing you to reuse it if you choose to re-subscribe.

What is 3D model data?
A

3D model data is the data that is used for try-on and 360-view functions.

To create 3D model data, go to the Tryon List menu, click on the "making data" button in the Try-On Active column, and provide three images that meet the requirements below.

  1. Image of the front side of glasses
  2. Image of the left temple of glasses
  3. Image of the right temple of glasses

How long to making 3D model data?
A

The process is automated with human QC quality checking, taking approximately 1 day per model. The 3D model data is usually expected to be ready by the following day.

How to display Virtual Try-on and 360 View on my store?
A

After you finish creating data in the Tryon List menu, simply toggle the button in the Try-on Active column to show or hide the GlassOn buttons on your Product Detail page.

Can I customize Online Virtual Try-on button in position, color, icon?
A

Yes. Please contact us at glasson@sk-global.biz for guidance on implementation.
GlassOn's theme customization requires case-by-case support due to the varying templates among different shops.

A

Automatically removes physical glasses in real time. This feature is especially useful for nearsighted people because there is no need to remove glasses when trying on virtual glasses.
